48 hours into a new campaign - using site targeting for the first time - and I have no stats data. No clicks, impressions or CTR - no ads have been served. The campaign is active.

Is this likely to be because the campaign has been pulled for review, or, as is usually the case, am I perhaps missing something that should be blatantly obvious to me?

Thanks,

Syzygy

It's probably under review, most likely your campaign is only on the "to review" list...give it a couple more days and it would be OK.

It could also depend on the price you are bidding. I used the approx. cpm bid my rep gave (for display 30% of the time) and got a no show for the ads... Did that twice (I was told the bid was still to low) and still the banners won't show... So, I should bid more... So, all of the time, no impressions etc. So that could be your problem as well...

Credit where credit is due...

I emailed support today, asking exactly what I asked here - was this new campaign under review (and if so, why so long?), or had I set things up incorrectly - and had ads showing around three hours later. That's great, thanks.

On the other hand...

Yes, the campaign was pulled for review and indeed was on the "to do" list. How long it would have taken for the review process to have been completed had I not prompted them is not determined.

The responsiveness to my email is greatly appreciated, but still the issue of not advising clients when reviews are taking place remains.
