adwords editor 3.0 bug?

after new 3.0 installation, comments made in 2.5 gone.

suprised to find that after the 3.0 installation, all my comments are gone that i made in version 2.5! does anyone know how to get them back?

In my experience, as far as I know anytime you re-download an account or upgrade to a new version you lose your comments. One way to keep comments on file would be to export your account(s) before upgrading... I think your export Excel file will show comments.

I didn't lose my comments from December and January whenever I re-fetched my accounts. I haven't checked since I upgraded, though.

i didn't loose comments when i upgraded last time. but this time i did. so i would back them up.
