Making my own Tracking in google Adwords

I need to change the destination of my URL so that it dynamically appends in the adword 'campaign' plus 'keyword' along the lines of www.mydomain.co.uk?campaign=<variable>&keyword=<variable>

also I would like to have the campaign name in there along with the keyword.

so I can track the campaign and what keyword was used.

Is this possible?
