We are currently on the first page for our target market in Adwords. We haven't had a single click from Adwords conver. We are new to the whole SEO/PPC world. Can anyone tell me what we are doing wrong? If the site is not appealing or you see things that need to change, we are up for suggestions.

Also, you may need to create a special landing page for your visitors to land on. But keep links to the other parts of your site. Just highlight, very specifically, what you want your visitors to do.
A simple arrow that says “Start Your Taxes Here” goes a long way on your landing page. You

Just a shot in the dark but could it be that that visitors are hesitant to use the service because there is no information about the company to instill any confidence in them. A new page describing a bit of your companies history and qualifications may help, and possibly a mention of any well known corporations you may have prepared taxes for. If you are just starting up you'll need to find some spin that works, in any case the "about us" or "company profile" is something to consider.

Thanks for the quick response, we will use your comments to help our PPC campaigns. As for the about us page, that is a bad oversight on our part, thank you.
