On again off again

Just started with adwords and can't figure it out

Hope you can help. Signed up and everything went fine then got suspended because one of my pages had links to cigar sites and they don't allow sites that promote tobacco. Okay, I deleted them all. Deleted the entire campaign and restarted. Okay, fine with them confirmed by email. Ads were running then not running then running now not running. VERY frustrating.

Is this the way all new campaigns start?

I have raised the daily budge to above their suggested max and don't seem to be violating any ad policies with banned words or the like.

One of my keywords is [Cuba], the other is havana. I am <No urls please. Thanks-G>

First due to the TOS we don't talk about specific cases/urls. (Moderator or Admin will edit it)

No if the Adwords team have said there is no problem with the content on your site the ads should not be gone and appear, unless you have specified a certain budget per click or day, and you reach the maximum spending for one day, or all the others are bidding above you.

I have a couple of keywords that I cannot get to show on Adwords. Google says I get clicks but if I type it in they do not show up so there are some quirks to their system.
