We called and fixed the issue, but the warning on our MCC stayed there for over a day. I'd check to see if your ads are now showing, even if the warning is still there.
Try resubmitting the card information today, if you get the chance. There were some reports of charges not going through for a few accounts late last week, but the billing team has it sorted out and everything should be able to process now. If it doesn't send an email in to support and alert them to the situation.
