What is a good source for quarterly cpc increases/decreases?

Is there a reliable source/website which published quarterly changes in market cpcs for 2006? Thanks.

I have Average KW CPC numbers for the 1st 3 quarters of 2006 based on Fathom Online's KW Price Index ($1.39, $1.27, $1.48 respectively).
I am looking for the number for Q4 2006. Thanks.

Those numbers must be way to high - way way to high. I would assume Fathom is using keyword list prices or something. With those numers we'd all be rich.
