Google Ireland in Adwords Invoice Detail

Today I found that the 'Remit To' in my Adwords Invoice is:
Google Ireland, Ltd.
1st & 2nd Floors Gordon House
Barrow Street
Dublin 4
Ireland

Which is a little strange to me. It seems google tried to find a local reseller in my country (china) but faild.

All Google (non-US?) finance operations have been moved to Dublin.

Invoices first started appearing with Google Ireland on them from approx 1st Aug AFAIK.

Ireland is very interesting fiscally to base your company ..very interesting for all other reasons too ..me I'm not biased ;)
