What's the impact of adding extra countries and/or keywords?

My questions are good as always - promise!

Suppose you have a campaign that's performing well. It has one adgroup. It runs for one country. So that adgroup has a good QS that you don't wanna screw up. Now for the good stuff:

1) If you add a new country to the campaign.. is that gonna reset/mess up the adgroup's QS?
2) If you add a new keyword to the adgroup.. is that gonna reset/mess up the adgroup's QS?
3) If you add a new keyword to the adgroup.. will that subject the ads in the adgroup to a new review/approval procedure by the editors?

Thanks!

I don't know about "messing up the QS", but I have noticed that making changes to AdGroups can adversely affect performance on Content.

I deleted all my keywords that had never recorded an impression - it took a couple of weeks for my site to recover. The theory suggested (by ASA I believe) at the time, was that removing many keywords may have changes the "theme" of my site and put it back into review.

In my opinion and testing, none of those has any direct relation to QS.
However, they will be related, for example, if as consecuense, you target a country or language in which no one clicks your ad bringing very low CTR.
