Due to some excess budget funds, i am able to bump up my daily budget from $50 to $100 until the end of this year. Most likely i will be able to keep that max daily budget...BUT if i am forced to drop it again, will that affect my bidding stats?

im guessing it wont affect my QS, but will lowering my budge affect my Min CPC?

has anyone had to adjust their budgets and seen negative effects?

thanks

I suggest you not to change your daily budget but half you bids on all keywords. (Through schaduling)

I haven't personally experienced any issues when lowering my budget. The budget simply will impact how frequently your ad is shown over the course of the day. While this could potentially impact your click-rate, depending on when your ads show it is unlikely to have any kind of noticeable impact.

I would certainly feel more comfortable doing that then cutting my bids in half.

aeiouy:

If you drop you budget from $100 to $90 then it will not effect, but if you drop from $100 to $50 then it will effect.

For example one of my compaign budget was $55 and I decided to lower my spending. I lowered the budget to $25 and I observed that my impressions become only %10 from orignal. Logically it should become half. This impact remained for two days and then I reset my daily budget in the mean time we hit by LPQ.
