Ads show up on Google US, but not AOL. Why?

Hello,
I live in Australia, and market a product to US based people.
I show up in no.1 position on G US, but nowhere to be seen on AOL.
To access G US, I have to use "&gl=us' at the end of the address.
Is there another 'term' I have to use at the end of the AOL address to be able to access the US ads on the site?

Wait for a week. The ad needs to be manually checked and approved before they get syndicated to Google search and content network.
