contacting google?

is there a way to contact google help anymore? if it's there under the webmaster section i cannot find it. email to prior reponses from them does not work anymore.

this is not about reinclusion or anything of that sort. it is about the craziest spidering activity i have ever seen on my site.

i see a reference to "live chat" in this thread, but have not found that facility either:

Have you tried posting your question in the Google Groups for Webmasters? With the introduction of the new tools for webmasters, we have seen that most support issues can be handled through the tools or via the Groups user to user support.
