I'm about to start my new online business that sells personalized <snip> . I will ship worldwide, so I won't limit my Adwords campaign to specific region.
I wonder if any of you has a statistics about the monthly average of products one can sale via Adwords only.
I will sell my product at $29.99, with quite a low margin, and I want to know if looking for 100-200 products sold on the first few months is reasonable.
Thanks in advance for your help..

about the monthly average of products one can sale via Adwords only
This is an impossible question. I know affiliates who sell eBay using Adwords alone, so their average could be hundreds of products. Perhaps you are asking how many products one needs to sell to make a profit? Again, people sell all kinds of products at various prices and write their ads differently - all have different results. Do people need your products?
Search for your kind of products and find out how high you need to bid to get on the first page. I don't advise a global campaign at first because you need to refine your ads by testing a safe market where click fraud is not too high. Once you are comfortable with your ads and the initial ROI, slowly add countries.
