I've been unable to get into my AdWords account today - when I log in, I get the following message:
"We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. Please note that using your browser's back button in AdWords can increase the likelihood of errors. If you think this was the cause of your error, please try again without using the back button."
Anyone else experiencing this?

Hmmmm, well, maybe it's just problems with my account. I've been trying for almost two hours to log in (I'm on Pacific time) and I keep getting that same error.
gempdx, often in such situations, clearing cache and cookies, rebooting, and starting with a fresh login page (as opposed to a bookmarked page) will do the trick for you.
I don't know about right now; I got a message from the Inside AdWords list that it was going to be down for maintenance between 3pm and 6pm Pacific Time today.

Well, after doing *all* of the troubleshooting suggestions from Google (clearing cache, clearing cookies, using FireFox, tweaking security settings, etc.) I *still* was never able to get into my account.
Apparently the rep is going to escalate the issue for me, if it turns out to be anything interesting I'll post what I found out.

AdWords Maintenance on October 16
