If I pause the ad group, and then resume them tomorrow. Do my ads should need to review again as new ads?
Aimee, assuming that you haven't made any changes to the ads themselves, or their URLs - and you have simply paused/resumed them - then no, they will not need to be reviewed.
Do be aware that when you pause, or resume, the change is not instantaneous. There will always be server delays, as lots of servers must update each change you make.
