Do they not allow this as one person could put up 5 sites & use the same keywords & have the top 5 spots filled? So what if you have multiple clients with similar sites & keywords?
Or am I just doing something wrong?
Thanks,

If you bid for 'blue widgets' in two or more campaigns in the same account Google will either:
- Not show either camapign
- Alternate between the two campaigns
It's usually the latter.
What you have to do is set up a seperate account and both ads will show. If you set up the new account with the same credit card or IP Address Google will review the accounts to make sure you are not illegally increaseing exposure. However, if you are bidding on the same keyword for two seperate companies this is fine.
I would advise you to email Google if this is what you intend to do though to make sure they don't keep your campaign under review for ages.

If I only run 1 it instantly shows up again.
I asked google if it was possible & if I need separate accounts or need to be a different ip's?
My clients ask me how to get list on the side of the google page, I tell them to go sign up for adwords but they never do or say it was too complicated. They would rather pay someone else to deal with it.
