How long for Editorial Guidelines review?

Just started my first AdWords effort and I was wondering how long it generally takes for an ad to reviewed for Editorial Guidelines compliance and start showing up on partner sites. Just a ballpark.... hours, days, weeks?

They are generally put up within a few minutes and then reviewed later. One of the good things about AdWords is the ads don't need to go through an editor before they are put up.

Thanks DrCool. The Ad's up on Google, but I'd have really nice placement on one of the partner sites right now. I assume from reading the AdWords FAQ that it's not showing up there because of the review. Campaign settings are correct.

I have found that some of my terms go up within minutes or hours (depending on their database synch) and some terms take a few days.

When questioning Google about this, I was told that some terms are checked immediately by editors whereas the ones that go up within minutes are not. However, that doesn't mean that they meet all the editorial guidelines. I have had terms go online within minutes and go offline after being rejected weeks later.

In my experience, askjeeves and aol take 2-3 days (which is
quite annoying, because they are both really important for
my campaigns)

Thanks. I guess it could be worse, but it is annoying! Alot of sales come our way via aol.
