How do they do that?

How do people get ads up on google saying
Buy X at Y
where X is the topic, no matter how obscure, you have just searched for?

I have thousands of products in hundreds of locations I would like to do the same for but it would take me years to create a campaign/adgroup for each one.

I assume they are using some kind of generator or something.

Anyone know of a post or site that can explain?

Though be a little careful when you are using dynamic insertion ads. For example if your ad says "Buy {Keyword:Stuff}" none of your keywords should have the word 'buy' along with the product cause then your add will show up as - "Buy buy widgets" - which is a violation of ad policy
