I'm having some trouble activating my google account.

When I put in my billing information it tells me

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. Please note that using your browser's back button in AdWords can increase the likelihood of errors. If you think this was the cause of your error, please try again without using the back button."

Now, It would seem I should wait a few hours to try again.

I waited an entire day, still no luck.
I even tried other computers, with seperate IP addresses.

Is google sign-up down? Am I being blocked?
Any Information Would Be Appreciated.

Opps, forgot to mention...
I am signing up through the Yahoo Small Buisness Promotion which says I'll get $50 dollars in credit.
Maybe the promotion ended?

Or is this true of all the google signups last night/ today.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I also met this situation yesterday. But now it is fine. I think Google's engineer are working on resolve some problems. I still can NOT find the function of redeem your vouchers on Billing Preferrences page.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, shiziocorp.

No, I haven't been hearing of any particular sign-up issues.

Assuming at least one of the computers you tried is set up with a recent version of the browser you're using and is set up to accept cookies from Google, it's probably best to tackle this with AdWords support team.

It sounds as if you have access to the account itself - and if so, I'd use the 'Contact Us' link within the account and provide them info on exactly what is happening, when it happens, and what message you are receiving.

If you don't have access to the account itself, then use the page linked-to below - being sure to mention your account ID and/or the email address you used to set up the account.

I hope you are up and running shortly.;)
