For example - i have seen UK ads on US sites. How does Google decide what the geo location is of the website?
Is it a combination of hosting / linking structure or some other factor?
Any help appreciated, thanks.
It's mainly the geo-location of the END USER not of the site that selects ads.
IE expect a UK user to see mainly UK-targetted ads wherever the Web server happens to be.
