Dead adwords start up on their own

I have a seriously weird situation, a campaign for a site that isnt around any more (deregistered domain) has suddenly started advertising on adwords through my account.

I switched it off years ago,forgot about the account, and have now started getting billed for click throughs for the last two months. Yet again ive switched it off.

The question is has anyonelse had this happen?

We've been getting clicks on disabled keywords but not on paused campaigns.

These arent just disabled these are stopped ad's and have been dead for several years, Id even forgotten I had an account.

All of a sudden im being charged - teh accounts have come back to life.

Weird.
