Hello,

Some of my ads have 4% CTR others 1,2%
Should I delete those low CTR ads and leave only 1 or 2 with higher CTR?
What's the benefit of creating several ads with specific words?
And what effect causes to include different keyphrases in ads?

Thank you!

How many leads & sales does each ad generate?

If you want to make the right decision you need to look at conversions & revenue, not just CTR - the ad with the highest CTR is not always the most profitable.

Look at each ad's ROI and keep any ad with a positive ROI. One ad may be netting you $.05 and another may be netting you $5, but they're both still profitable, so there's no need to toss one away.

Unless the one that nets you $.05 is leeching traffic away from the one that would net you $5.
