Same here. Interestingly, I *do* seem to be logged in (shows email and client ID); but when I try to log off, I get the same message again... (And, equally interestingly, I'm *still* logged in!)

Phew. I'm glad others are seeing the same problem. I thought Google might have dropped the banhammer!

What's the deal? It's the middle of the day, enough with database restarting or whatever causes these issues.

I can log in now too, but I just spoke with Google and they are having issues with conversion data in reports. They are working on resolving the issue and assured me no conversion data has been lost.
