Multiple Accounts in Google Adwords

Does Google Adwords allow to open in many account? First, I would like to check on adwords on keyword : overture , You will see many ads go to Overture.com? Is that actually come from Overture Company or Affiliate Program? Is that possible for Overture open many accounts because if they have many ads , people will see their ads more. More Reach on Customers.

I heard the news about Overture rejects Google Spider that Overture.com doesn't list in Serp.

I read somewhere about breaking Googles T&C's if you have more than one account. I guess its to stop exisitng users from opening new accounts with their free vouchers.

You can have as many accounts as you want with Google.

There is a maximum of 25 AdGroups per account - I have far more than that so need several accounts. However, a few things you should bear in mind:

1. If you set up more than 1 account on the same credit card or IP Address your account will at some stage go under investigation. This can take a while and the accounts may be frozen (this happened to me).

2. You are not allowed to bid on the same keyword for the same company across multiple accounts. This is why you will be investigated if your IP or card is flagged up. You can, however, bid for the same keyword for different merchants (I guess you'd only do this if you're an affiliate like me).

3. If you have a legitimate need to have more than one account just email them to let them know what you're doing, I've always found them very helpful.
