Within the past week I have noticed that when I create a new adwords campaign, the ads don't show up right away?
Is it just me?, or has anyone else noticed a significant delay in seeing your ads go into rotation?

I think they're backlogged on reviewing ads. I got an e-mail from them yesterday explaining the delay. It seems that there is a small number of impressions they allow immediately, and then once they cross that initial threshhold they are held up until they are actually reviewed.
Does this sound right to the longtime pros here? I'm a newbie to this forum...
