I have noticed that words with high minimums even if I run them do not seem to flucaute based on CTR. They are just pegged. Surely some of my words had more or less competition the last few days and had a highr or lower CTR?

Yep the .50 - 1.00 - 5.00 - 10.00 increases are pegged for me too. No fluctuation regardless. Granted it has only been 48 hours but, how long they stay pegged is perhaps the million dollar question.
