Trademark Appeal

Another term has just been disapproved by google in my area. I have complained before about absurd trademark protections, but have always gotten a response that if I simply wrote an appeal to Google, they would probably allow my usage.

Where and to whom do I appeal? I have searched Goggle and cannot find any reference to an appeal process. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

For the use of trademark terms, usually they ask for a fax from the owner of the trademark authorizing its use. You should write to them and also have the fax sent. Though, ive been facing a similar issue since several days, fax has been sent but my keywords don't seem to get impressions yet and also my ads are disapproved. Does anyone else have an alternate solution?

I have to protect a trademark but need to allow 1000's of advertiser to still use it.
I wonder if we are working on the same company's issues :)

You should be able to submit an exception request for your ad creative, if you believe that the trademark term being enforced in this situation doesn't apply to you for contextual reasons. If the trademark term does apply to your usage, then you will need to have the trademark holder fax or mail, no email, our trademark team authorization for you to use their trademarked term in your account.

To resham5's question, this can take a few days to be processed usually, but it depends on how many incoming requests the group has.
