0 impression, still getting deactivation notices

Started since yesterday, so far 4 notices

Since yesterday morning, I started getting account deactivation notices. When the first one came, I checked my stats. No impression, no click-through. For the day before, the CTR is pretty okay. That was early in morning, so I thought stat update might be delayed. I paid the $5 fine and restored the account. For the most of day, it showed 0 impression. Got another alert in the afternoon. Checked stat shows 3 impressions.

Again this morning got another alert. Checked stat. Yesterday's stat was finally updated. total impression is way too low compared to other days. But the CTR is 1.6%. This is not below the minimum. Today's stat - 0. Got another alert 45 mins ago. STAT? 0. This is the 3rd one after the fine. So? I have to pay fine again.

At this point, what am I supposed to do? I have no stat. I do not know which keywords are doing bad. I already deleted a bunch of keywords since yesterday.

I have no clue what had happened suddenly. These ads are running for months with exception of 2 adgroups. These 2 are running since 2-3 weeks. These have pretty good average CTR.

I have sent 3 emails to Google since yesterday. No reply. Great customer service. No even an automated reply.

If you keep getting the same notice for the same words, that is an indication that the words you are using are not being used to search.

I am using this these keywords for the last 5-6 months and paid thousands for these ads.

Another issue is I do not know which adgroup(s) is/are causing this low CTR problem unless they update the stat on regular basis. Interesting thing is today's (2/1) stat is still zero and yesterday's (1/31) stat is still getting updated. It almost doubled since I posted this message. But no change for 2/1 stat.

Without knowing any of the keywords it is difficult to say much more.

However, since they apparently don't allow specific keywords to be posted here...

Finally got a reply from Google customer service. They have credited all these fines I paid.

Here is a clip from the email:
"We apologize for the inconvenience of the reporting delays. Our engineers are diligently working toward resolving the issue quickly."

The email came at 2:2AM EST. I got another alert at 7AM this morning. Customer service email suggested to remove all single words and mentioned minimum CTR is at least 0.5%. I removed ALL single words for 2 new adgroups I added in the last few weeks. I'll wait and see what happens.

Thanks, Google. At least I got a human response.

i got no deactivation messages, but stat show zero, ads showing up in searchings though
