I am running a campaign and I use a trademark keyword also presents in the title and the description. This campaign has been suspended cause of the use of a "Keyword trademark term". Others are doing exactly the same and their ads are still running.
My question: is it fair? (Don’t think so)
Also, can I ask Google to put my ad back?

ph_eze_nouz, each ad is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, by an actual human being working to AdWords policy. However, it is always possible for an error to be made. ;)
