Is it possible to export the title of our products into adwords?

We've got a database with 100000 products and would like to export the title of each product into adwords. Is it possible? What is the best way to do it (copy and paste or upload file with words)?
If you're going to spend more than 10k per month with Google you may be able to get an acount rep and backup team to do lots of the work setting it up for you.
