Same adwords account im running two similar merchants. Both thes offers and merchants rquire the use of the same or similar keywords. It appears Google will not allow both to be run at the same time. Is there any remedy for this?

Set up an ad-group with two different ads. Each ad has the same content but different destination landing page (one for each merchant). Unmark the "automatically optimize ad serving for my ads" to let each merchant served 50% of the time.
I think this is the only way if they are in the same account.
