What new feature will we get today?

Or is it just maintenance

Adwords is going down for 30 minutes. I wonder what new stuff we'll see this time.

Looks to me like they just fixed some reporting issues.. my reports/click history is actually fairly recent.

Has anyone had a problem on traffic estimator creating a new adword campaign that all the estimated clicks per day are <0.1 and the average cost-per-click are all $0.05 even if you put your maximum bid up to $50.00. Since the change over, I can't get any valid estimates.

I can vouch for that error. The bid estimator is definately broken :)

I have more serious trouble in some accounts. I lost all conversions of last week for at least 3 of my accounts. Can you check into that AWA?

Saving a report as .CSV once you are looking at the HTML variant is also broken here.

Anyone else noticed broken features?

Just had the same situation - came here looking to see what the problem was...

It does work when you do a direct request for a csv.

It looks like it will rather take 30 hours than 30 minutes to fix this problem!

It would be nice if Google would at least give some error message or any kind of information if they have serious problems for such a long time!

Thanks for the info, as always! Work is in progress on these issue.

Or to put in in a slightly less formal way: the engineers are all over it. ;)

Thank you for your feedback AWA!

As the system is down for a whole working day and it is not the first time that this happens could you consider adding an error message if there is a problem like that.

I first thought I checked some useless words (that nobody was looking for) before I found that the system was broken.

I also noticed that the keyword tool now opens in the same window when calling it from an adgroup. It used to launch a new window, which was more convenient for copy and pasting.

I'd like to have this the way it was (if it ain't broke don't fix it :)).

Anybody else getting this one.

I've just noticed that my Creatives are Cloning themselves.

For each and every Creative I now have 2 Clones, and if I try to delete any of the Clones all 3 Creatives dissappear.

Very worrying, especially in light of the other posts in this thread.

Ps Another one for AWA to report.

WOW I'm now up to 8 Clones in one of my campaigns .. they're like Rabbits :)

What's odd though is that I can only see them if I check (Include deleted items that were active in this date range) otherwise they don't show.

Robsp, we're not able to duplicate this - so I'm wondering if it may be a browser issue, particular to your computer?

Anyone else out there seeing the same thing?

If so, would you consider writing to AdWords support from within your account, and detailing what you see? Any info on your operating system, browser/version, etc. would be helpful.

In the email, please mention that the tech team has requested info on this issue, and to please forward directly to the tech folks.

Many thanks!

As of 12:00am 6-14-04 I have no conversion data. I emailed support, no response yet.

In any language interface (we use English and Dutch) we see the same, changed, behavior. The "keyword tool" link in any adgroup (next to edit keywords) launches the keyword tool in the same window, not in a new one like 2 days ago.

My PC configuration did not change in these 2 days and we manage 25 campaigns so we spend quite a bit of time in the interface :)

Does anyone else see this too or is it just me?

Keyword estimator is working again so thank you for that AWA!

We lost some hours because of those problems and had to wait more than one day but at least we can start working again.

The keyword tool opens in a new window again. Problem fixed and conversions are back too.

We should get free Google clicks for beta testing :)

I wish I could make that happen for you Robsp.

There is no question that the WebmasterWorld AdWords forum is a great 'Early Warning' system for those of us at AdWords, and I thank you for it! Part of the reason is that you folks are all over the world, in all time zones, and spot stuff that those of us in in California miss, because we are asleep when they occur!

In any case, the 'Beta Testing' is valued and appreciated. And I hope that I occasionally can return the favor by answering questions or providing some insider insight on this excellent Forum.

You are welcome AWA. I'll settle for the information :)

It would be helpfull though if we could get a heads up on what you guys are planning to achive with an update before it happens so we know what to look for and what to test.

Point well taken, Robsp, and I'll pass it on.

I suspect, though, that for competitive reasons advance info is not usually available. I'd imagine this to be the 'way of the world' for most businesses. It sure was true, back in a previous lifetime, when I was a product designer!

Thanks again.
