[edit reason] no urls, thanks [/edit]
Lets use a little logic. If it was intended to generate sales of blinds, then the waste of time in posting such a long message in a place which is SURRELY NOT going to generate sales of blinds is 'punishment' enough. no?

I m not associated with any website mentioned above. They are ads taken randomly from google adwords.
Seeking suggestions
As one of our friend pointed out that the first ad is violation google adwords terms. So i m seeking help to figure out:
1) what will be the best keyword and description combination for the mentioned ad?
2) Which will be the two most successful and 2 least successful ads?
3) Whats the best keyword and description combination for the 2 least successful ads?
Success here is defined as driving targetted traffic and a higher CTR for which the websites are paying to google adwords.
I would most likely NOT click on any of the others. The first one sounds too shady to me, the second one I don't understand at all and as for the bridal gowns - there's lots of better ads in Google right now, for example the one saying "as low as 99$"...
Oh... and welcome to Webmasterworld, Raj!

The biggest problem is that the ad does not mention what Mr. Leny does specifically. Remember users *barely* read!
Let them find out his name on his site. At this point, who cares? (unless he is famous). Try to use your best terms in the title so they will be bold.
Play off the likely emotional state of the searcher and have a clear call to action.
The ad would be better as:
Medical Malpractice Attorney
Have you been injured? We can help!

Then see which ads get the best CTR and conversions (for this type of ad, one way to measure conversions is to set up a form mail, and then once a form is filled out and sent, count it as one conversion).
After you get some data, you can look at which ads are getting the best conversions and CTR and then take elements of both, and continue to make new ads until you find something that is profitible for you.
As Google lets you run multiple ads for the same searches
Do they? I always wondered about that. I mistakenly HAD a duplicate ad for (partially) the same keywords - but only one showed up.
If they would really allow mutliple ads from the same person than this would open the doors wide for ad-spamming: pushing the competition out by placing the 10 highest bidding ads for the same advertiser on top...

People do seem to follow directions. -Telling- them to contact you as opposed to just informing them it's an option -may- get more leads. It's almost a way of saying "click here" without saying "click here."
It's of course important to follow this up with a landing page that offers an easy way to "contact us" (try to use the same verbage if possible).
This is all in Google's "the maximum effect" paper on adwords optimization. It's a good read (google it to find it).
Hell from a fellow Desi!
I think the ads need a tweaking definitely. However, it remains to be ascertained whether you are looking at improving the relevance of the ads or the Click through rate.
The Keywords are definitely very ambigous and misleading. It is almost as if that the samples given are actually to test someones understanding of AdWords!
