Anybody else (not) seeing this?

Is anyone else seeing this? I can't see any ads whatsoever for any search. They still seem to be showing up on partners, however.

Tried another computer at the same IP, and same thing...

No Google ads on my site and no ads on other same-topic sites either (at least the ones I checked).

adwords and adsense are fine here (UK)

It was a 10 minute or so outage here. (US)

Good to see they were quick to get things going again.
