How do you make money using Clickbank?

Hi,

Newbie here. I get the whole Adwords thing and I'm slowly learning and making a profit (35.00 last month). But...I don't understand how people make tons of money promoting Clickbank ebooks. I've got 3 eBooks that I am pointing people to. In the past 6 weeks, I've gotten 490 clicks, but only 1 sale.

What am I missing? The eBook pages seem like good selling pages to me.

Much of that is really saturated, just have to keep plowing through the programs till you find one that converts. Haven't had much luck with CB stuff

I just started promoting Clickbank products as well about 7 days ago.
I have made around 12 sales, but i have varied my CPC too. my ROI is 6 of 12 sales.
I find that it is only good to promote clickbank products that don't promote there affiliate program in big words, or at the top of the page. I dont like seeing products that have EARN 75% Comm... Also i make sure they are a top ranking product and it doesnt hurt to find one that has there own affiliate login page, they generally track all types of sales too, like paypal/mail.

And the last thing i do is toggle my campaigns on and off during certain hours of the day.

But if there are other people that could add to this i would be very happy to listen and learn as we are all in it for the money.

Not much success here myself. It seems they are having some real serious tracking problems.

Really quite disappointed with CB.

I run a website that uses CB - and I know many of the affiliates that heavily prmote our site do well.

However, I would like to know more about all the techniques used in promoting CB stuff.

Is that forum on here at WW or another site?
