How do i restore a keyword/campaign?
Google says this:

How do I restore my campaign to full delivery?
If the last 1,000 ad impressions served to the campaigns in your account receive fewer than five clicks, we notify you via email. We also slow the delivery to your ads on the poorly performing keywords so you don't have to pay for additional untargeted clicks that are unlikely to convert to sales. To restore full delivery, edit your ad and keyword list and click the "Restore Full Delivery" button at the top of the "Campaign Summary" page for your account.

For details on optimising your campaigns and keywords, please read our Optimisation Tips page.

Please note that the AdWords automated performance monitor will continue to watch the clickthrough rate (CTR) of your keywords, so if your targeting improvements don't work out, you will receive another email. If you need to restore full delivery a third time, you will be charged a £5 (or your currency equivalent) reactivation fee.

There is no "Restore Full Delivery" button

Please help!

Regards

As soon as you login to your account, you should see a message similar to what you received through email. Just below the message, you should see a button "Restore Full Delivery".

If you are not seeing that message, that means you have not done any changes to your campaigns yet. Get rid of non-performing keywords (you can add it later), create new adgroups, change your ad copy and resubmit. Then come back to your main campaign mgmt page and click on "Restore Full Delivery"
