Can it be done?

Is there a way to tell Google to bill you when you reach a certain threshold? Also, can you prepay via check? Our accounting is asking for different options.

Simple answers are NO and NO.

Over time there might be the possibility on a self service account to get the credit limits of $500 increased, but that's about it really.

Agencies that have a relationship with Google might be able to offer you different terms but you'd need to speak to them seperately.
