Don't buy a widget before
checking over 10,000 real reviews.
Is an Adword in this format ethical, legal, against Google's T&Cs etc...?
Consider that Jimmy's Widgets is a Trademark of another company, only a tiny proportion of the 10,000 reviews specifically relate to Jimmy's Widgets, and the destination site seems to be funded mainly from advertising by Billy's Widgets and Tommy's Widgets whose brands are conspicuously absent from any reviews.
The intimation is that Jimmy's Widgets are somehow misleading the buyer. Should Jimmy's Widgets be concerned. Is there anything they can do about it?
If you are using "jimmy's widgets" as a keyword and Jimmy's Widgets finds out and makes a formal complaint to google proving they are trademarked, then google will pull everyone's ads who are on that keyword.
