And I am charged for both of them

Anyone see this before? I have a 200% CTR on an adgroup that had one impression and 2 clicks today.

That usually happens if the person clicks on it and then backpages and looks at other sites and then clicks yous again. Or they may have oned you site in a new window and for some reason accidently closed it.

I'm sure that helps your overall ad rank quite a bit. :)

click and impression databases are NOT updated at the same time.

"click and impression databases are NOT updated at the same time"

Yea, I've noticed that since starting to toy with Adwords... luckily, I am never watching a campaign that closely to need real time stats ;).

RedWolf's Comment was "That usually happens if the person clicks on it and then backpages and looks at other sites and then clicks yous again. Or they may have oned you site in a new window and for some reason accidently closed it."

Google suppport has confirmed to me that it is true that they do charge if the person clicks again on your Ad.

If I am watching TV and an Ad shows up, If I have recorded that program and if I watch the Ad several times from recording, I don't think that the Advertiser is being chraged for those ads.

If a person has not initiated a new search on Google and is clicking Ads from the same search results page, I don't think I should be paying for multiple clicks.

I use avant browser and you can open new pages with scroll wheel click on a link. Often that causes a problem in adwords, for some reason the link opens in a main window and also in a new window. That happens only on adwords and adsense (i think). But if I right click on the link and choose "open in new window" - they work fine.
