Google Adwords Customer Support Number

Just received an email from google stating that they would like to offer us dedicated account contacts and customer support etc etc

We are currently spending close to 100k per month,

My question to the group is: has anyone else received
this email and at what amount do they consider a top
adwords advertiser?

Several people have received these emails. I belive its 10k spend/month to have a dedicated rep. Take them up on the offer, its not so much you might need it for day to day operations - but when you have problems, its very easy to make a quick phone call and get the issue resolved by someone famaliar with your account.
