Keyword tool for PPC marketing....

Hi all,

My campaigns are getting bigger. Since Google's keyword limit per ad group is only 2000, I need a software program that can remove duplicate keywords.

Say 13,500 keywords. Can anyone pls. tell me what software they use to eliminate duplicate keywords?
