The Adwords Reports from the reports are pretty flexible and good - especially if you use g's conversion tracking.

I should have been more specific. I am looking for a spreadsheet to track clicks, impressions, ctr, $sales, $commission, and anything else. All on a daily basis.

That's what the spreadsheets (cvs format) in the reports tag do - seriously - give them a try. If you use the google conversion tracking thing then they're all you need.
