50€ + 100€ Google Adword accounts on eBay legal?

Hi there, I found many offers for Google Adword Coupons on eBay recently - for instance:

[cgi.ebay.com...]

[cgi.ebay.com...]

I don't know where, but I read in the past, that it is not legal to sell the coupons / to sell whole accounts on ebay - do you know sth. about this, maybe with a source? I don't want to get problems with google through buying illegal stuff there - what is Googleguy saying regarding this?

I'm pretty sure that this is against Google ToS for the coupons, which are normally given away as promotional material. As to whether or not they really care enough to do anything about it is a different matter.

Could be best if you contacted their support and asked them if they have anything against this.

To be frank? How are they going to know if the code you're using was picked up at a promotion or brought off e-bay? Any way you cut it, it's dodgy, but hardly illegal.

The downside is that you have no way of knowing if the card will work, or not.

And no, you can't buy or transfer accounts, it's against the TOS.
