Hi there and thanks in advance for all the help you will be giving us. We just started our first campaign with google ad-words and so far thinks are going slow but ok. We had 60 clicks but no confirmed enquiries ( should we worry that something is not working?) . We just started 5 days ago to appear on google so we may have to wait a bit longer. The question is how do I know where the clicks are comming from : google or the site partner under network contenct and search content? I do not have access the the server logs file so is there any other way of knowing this? Should I load any script in the web-page that will give us some sort of indication? Any help is appreciated and again thanks .

Franco.

you know what? Don't waste your time trying to do great in ADWORDS because the moment they see that your getting good at it they will suspend your account.

They been declining my credit card over the week end which left me frustrated enough, yesterday I found out it was not my credit card! They suspended my account because I got great at it! I had the perfect Adword the perfect amount of keywords so my traffic was extremely heavy! They said they are trying to figure out how I got so many clicks above my daily limit. Google has to subtract your over delivered clicks right? I have done nothing wrong! I love my adwords! What to do next?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Franco!

If you go into the reports tab, click on Ad Group Report - you should be able to get a report from content targeted or search only. Don't have time to log in right now - but it should be in there. Hope that helps.

Basil - if you'd like to complain, starting a new thread is probably a better idea, instead of hjacking this one...
