what is the maximum time to wait answer from Adwords Support

i start my new campaign at 7th of April. 8th of April i sent request for campaing activation using "Contact Us" link. i wait till 15th of April and write to [e-mail] with my problem and my subscription ID in message body. but it's doesnt' help too. now is 19th of April and i don't get answer from Google Adwords Support.

what is the maximum time to wait answer from Adwords Support?

ok, i'm waiting till now (20-april)
it's ok to me to wait 14 days for some response from support team, but it's very strange what today i send reguest usin "contact us" link and doesn't get any automatiocally confirmation to my mailbox? that my request was accepted

IS IT ADWORDS really broken?
