I'm based in Europe and have AdWords running for the U.S. (entire country) only. When I go to Google.com, I still see only Ads from my country but not from the U.S.
I've tried to simulate an American machine by changing regional settings and time zone, but failed.
Can you help an European to view U.S. AdWords?
