kindly do not mistake my intent whatever yu may say..

A few months ago i launched my site , ranked top ten on a few competitive terms and felt satisfied with the intial breakthrough. Out of sheer curiosity i started using adwords, daily budget being usd 1 - 3. Initially my ad campaigns did not work and i sought advice from this board ... to prevent my campaigns getting on hold . With implementation of the those and some finetuning i started raking up clickthroughs of 5% up from 0.1% . Now all this while my rankings had been stable..As soon as the high CTR's were achieved my rankings got nuked... the site is kw1mykw2.com and now i need to type upto 6 words from my title ( pretty unique) to see myself there. Everything else is fine , PR , pages indexed et al yet something went very wrong with serps.
1-) I do keep a track of when the site is down and googlebot deep visits / PR updates and nothing major was round the corner..other serp holders were all there.
2-) no spamming , unique content, everything on the clear
3-) Site is still new(3 months) hence if rankings were propped up then it should be this way now as well

I have now stopped my adwords campaigns and waiting. Anyone who has faced something similar and came out of the morass may please advise what could help.

thanks
niko

I doubt very much that this has any relationship to AdWords.

Your new site was most probably given a "new site" boost for a few months. As you say, it was "propped up".

At three months old, it's not really "new" any longer and you've lost that boost.

Sounds like a coincidence, not a conspiracy.

$1.00 - $3.00 per/day? I heard they don't knock your site down until you start spending $5.00+. ;)
