Or if that's too much to ask, just some way to find keywords based on popularity of search?
On a side note, is it just me, or is the Webmasterworld.com site search facility absolutely terrible? It returns the worst results of any search I've ever seen! They oughtta whack a G search box in there instead.
Thanks!

It worked pretty well, but my clients are small businesses and didn’t need that much sophistication and analysis. The database access is fairly expensive (about $250/year), although they offer a free demo and daily, weekly, and monthly rates, too.
I’m off to dinner now, but tomorrow a.m. I’ll sticky mail the company name I used if it will help. I’ll be interested to see if other people post info on other approaches.

I doubt anyone would publish such a list, those KWs would not stay empty for long as many would rush up sites to promote them. If I had such a list, I certainly wouldn't make it publically available.

That, however, is unfortunate. And might explain why all the stickies I've gotten are for pay services.
Thanks to all who suggested, but Tracker and Analyzer are not what I had in mind.
Surely there's a simpler way to determine overall KW popularity? Didn't Lycos or somebody once have a top 40 or something? Wouldn't G have statistics like that published somewhere?
What happened to all those university kids that thought info should be free? Haven't they created an algo "for everyone"?
Don't mind me, I'm just dreaming. It's very late here.
