New account old ads

I would like to know if there is any way I can download the keywords and ads from my existing adwords account into a new account? I want to do this without having to actually copy and paste from the old account.

Would be grateful for any advice :)

There is no automatic in and export for that. I suggest to use the report function and export both keywords and ads to excel. Create your new account from the excel sheet.
