I have an account which has been delayed for 3 times, so I just stopped all the campaigns and signed another account. One month has past, Google has charged me for the new account but left the old account alone. So I stil own google about $60, I guess if I don't acctivate that account, google will never charge me that money. Very interesting.

Hehheh. This may be a good time to clarify the notion that because I post here on WebmasterWorld, and because I work with AdWords, that I'll be able to look at your account.

Not so.

Actually I have no idea of who you are in the world of AdWords, unless you tell me. ;)

With that said, I can't say that I'd recommend creating a second account because the first one was 'slowed' three times. A much better tactic is to figure out why it was slowed, and make a few changes to fix it. The bonus to this technique is that you'll usually be left with advertising that works well for you.

Usually using specific keywords (rather than general ones) and targeted Ad Groups (rather than all-purpose ones) will do the trick.

happyallday, I wouldn't be surprised if you are billed for that first account. But if so, it won't be because you posted here. It'll be because you were billed on schedule.

I know this day will come I just don't know when. I signed the second account because I didn't use US currency for the first account, the second account I use US currency.
Let's see when will google charge me

You could do the honorable thing and pay your bill.

Do you like to chase down your customers for payment on services rendered?

I don't.
